Meet our Director, Adv. (Dr.) Jyoti Zongluju, also known as 'The Legal Lady,' an accomplished criminal lawyer, activist, and Ph.D. scholar practicing in the Supreme Court of India. She has earned numerous accolades and is highly qualified in the field of criminal law. She holds a B.A. LL.B degree and an LLM (Criminal Law) from Delhi. Additionally, she completed a diploma course on 'Child Protection: Children’s Rights – Theory and Practice' from Harvard University and a PG Diploma in Cyber Law, Child Protection, and Women Empowerment.

She is a distinguished member of the International Council of Juris, London, UK, and serves as Disciplinary Panel Counsel for the National Anti Doping Agency of India. Her social work is notable, particularly through her role as legal advisor for NGOs, including 'Helping Hands NGO.' She also contributes her legal expertise as a guest lecturer at the Delhi Police Department. In economic reforms, she plays a key role as the Legal Advisor for the North-East Chamber of Commerce in Delhi-NCR and Drugs Free Arunachal.

She was honoured with the North-East Unsung Heroes Award in 2019 for her societal contributions and the India Inspirational Women Award in 2020 for making a quiet but impactful difference in society. Additionally, she serves as a Legal Advisor for Mrs. Arunachal and Arunachal Married Couple.

Meet our Director Marie Angelique
Villamor (Angel). Marie Angelique "Angel" Villamor, a passionate advocate for empowerment and development in the Asia-Pacific region. With a diverse background that spans multiple sectors, she has dedicated her career to enhancing opportunities for youth and women.

Previously, Angel served as a Staff Member for the Equal Play Effect under Women Win Org and Creating Chances, where she championed initiatives that promote gender equality in sports and beyond. As a Master Trainer for the ASEAN Digital Literacy Programme with the ASEAN Foundation, she played a crucial role in equipping individuals with essential digital skills to thrive in the modern world.

In 2023, she was honored to be a member of the Financial Resiliency and Economic Empowerment (FREE) Fund Advisory Committee, contributing her expertise to support financial literacy and economic empowerment initiatives. Additionally, she has held the position of Senior Project Coordinator at FundLife International and has led impactful projects as the Project Lead for Girls Got This Organization.

A true global representative, she has represented the Philippines at various international conferences, including the Best Diplomat in Bangkok, Thailand, attending the Global Summit of Women in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and participating in the Equal Play Effect in Indonesia. She had been invited in a podcast that talks about gender equality and empowerment in New Naratif, Indonesia. In 2022, she was awarded the Award of Excellence as one of the Most Exceptional Women in the Philippines, a testament to her outstanding contributions and leadership.

She is also the Co-Founder of the International Summit of Young Leaders, fostering collaboration and innovation among young changemakers across the globe. With a professional background as both a nurse and a teacher, she brings a unique perspective to her work, emphasizing the importance of health, education, and community engagement.

Meet our Director, Onyo Zongluju Naloiju, who currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of Spectator News. With a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the National Institute of Mass Communication in New Delhi, she brings extensive expertise in media and communication to her leadership role. During her academic tenure, she held the esteemed position of Cultural Secretary for the Arunachal Students’ Union of Delhi (ASUD), where she actively contributed to the promotion and preservation of the rich cultural heritage of Arunachal Pradesh among the student community in the national capital.

In addition to her professional endeavors, she also plays a pivotal role in social welfare. She is the President of the Aka-Miji Capital Complex Welfare Society (Women’s Wing), where she leads initiatives aimed at the empowerment and well-being of women in the community.

Her diverse leadership roles in both the media and social sectors showcase her commitment to driving positive change and fostering cultural pride.

Meet our Secretary Amarnath Annadurai, a prominent figure from Theni, Tamil Nadu, has a diverse background that spans education, professional roles, and various international achievements. He completed his higher education at Ideal HR Sec. School in Anthiyur, Erode, followed by a B.A. in English Literature from Kongu Arts and Science College, Erode. He further pursued an M.A. in English Literature from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, through distance education.

Professionally, Amarnath has worked in various capacities, including roles at Accenture, Standard Chartered Bank, and ICICI Bank. He also has significant experience as a Senior Operations Associate at Rupifi and has extensive knowledge of the tourism sector, managing both domestic and international trips. His expertise includes air ticketing, ground handling, and organizing travel experiences.
In terms of recognition, Amarnath has received numerous awards and honors for his contributions. Some of his major achievements include:

1. International Achiever Award 2024 by the Height of Success team.
2. Bharatiya Seva Ratna Award at the Global Scholar Foundation Awards ceremony.
